RealtySlip Terms of Use
Version realty-terms-2026-10-18

These terms are a draft product agreement between a subscribing real estate team and UCPlaces LLC, a Virginia limited liability company with its principal address at 303 Maple Ave W, Suite F, Vienna, VA 22180, doing business as RealtySlip.

1. The service. RealtySlip lets a team publish forms, receive client information, and send documents for signature. It is not a brokerage. RealtySlip is not a brokerage and it does not give legal, brokerage, or appraisal advice.

2. The customer. The subscribing team is the customer. Clients do not buy a subscription and do not receive a team account by filling out a form.

3. Plans. Basic is 19 US dollars per team per month. Pro is 30 US dollars per team per month. Group is 55 US dollars per team per month. An extra user is 3 US dollars per user per month. These amounts are still to be confirmed. Taxes, if any, are additional. Founders who are invited may receive Pro free for 12 months and then 50 percent off. That offer is invite-only.

4. Acceptable use. Do not share logins. Do not attempt to access another team's records. Do not upload malware. Do not use the service to offer legal, brokerage, or appraisal advice as if it came from RealtySlip.

5. Client information. The team decides what to collect. The team is responsible for its staff, its website, and its own records. RealtySlip stores submissions so the team can read them, send a notice that omits the substance, and keep a copy for the retention period the team chooses. RealtySlip does not use a health-information agreement.

6. E-sign limits. Some documents, including deeds, may need notarization or a wet-ink signature. The team decides which documents are fit to sign here. RealtySlip does not decide that.

7. Availability. The service is provided as available. A submission is received only after the team sees a receipt number.

8. Cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The team can export its records during the stated window. Unpaid status does not delete records by itself.

9. Contact. Use the contact form for account questions. Do not include client names or property addresses in support messages.
