E-sign disclosure

RealtySlip Electronic Signature Disclosure
Version realty-esign-2026-10-18

This draft disclosure is for a person asked to sign a document a real estate team sent through RealtySlip.

1. You can sign electronically if the document is one the law lets you sign that way. You can ask the team for a paper copy instead. RealtySlip cannot give you legal advice about whether electronic signing is allowed.

2. Some documents, including deeds, may need notarization or a wet-ink signature. Do not use this page for a document the team has told you must be signed another way.

3. To sign, you need a current browser, a way to open PDF files, and an email address or an in-person session the team arranged. You can withdraw consent before you finish by closing the page and telling the team.

4. Signing here does not make RealtySlip your broker and does not give you legal, brokerage, or appraisal advice. The team is the sender.

5. Every signer automatically gets a copy of the signed document. The team also keeps one. Save your own copy when the page offers a download.
