This notice is a draft. UCPlaces LLC, a Virginia limited liability company with its principal address at 303 Maple Ave W, Suite F, Vienna, VA 22180, doing business as RealtySlip wrote it for team customers and for people who submit a form.

1. Team accounts. We store the team name, address, phone, user names, email addresses, password hashes, and billing identifiers so the team can sign in and pay.

2. Form contents. The team chooses the questions. We store the answers the client submits, including files the form asks for, so the team can read them. We do not sell that information.

3. Email. Notices to the team omit the substance of a form. A handling note asks the recipient to delete a misdirected message. That note does not create a brokerage relationship with RealtySlip.

4. Retention. A team can keep submitted forms for 3, 5, 7, or 10 years, or choose none. Five years is the default for a new team. "None" means we do not delete on a schedule. The team should keep its own official file.

5. Cookies. We use a sign-in cookie and a security cookie. We do not use a third-party ad network.

6. Contact. Account questions go through the contact form. Do not send client names or property addresses to support.
